Experience and Education


                                            Shelly Schultz MS/CMHC, LAC



Shelly Schultz grew up playing competitive softball, volleyball, soccer, and motocross in Phoenix, Arizona.  She quickly rose to the top of her game in softball and earned All-Region and All-American honors during her high school career. Shelly pursued her passion for softball and accepted  a full scholarship to the University of Arizona where she started at 1st, 2nd, and 3rd base.  She quickly earned a spot as a clean-up hitter and swept up All-Region and All-American Honors again. After Shelly's collegiate career she played Professionally for a season with the Arizona Heat.

Shelly began giving lessons to young and upcoming softball players during college and continued to do so post graduation.  She quickly realized she had a passion for coaching the mental as well as the physical aspects of the game; therefore, she decided to take her passion to the next level.  Shelly earned her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and is able to combine her competitive athletic experience, coaching expertise, and knowledge of how the mind operates to create a customized lesson plan to assist any athlete in any sport meet their goals.
